In
addition to Bettina we have a lovely apartment which
is our home for part of the year we spend in Cannes.
It is therefore furnished and equipped to a much higher
level than would normally be found in a rental apartment
and we rent it out for a few weeks a year to caring
guests.
It
is located only 20 minutes from Nice International Airport,
with easy access from the main route into Cannes, situated
in a quiet residential area with security gates. These
open into ample parking for the three apartments and
garages that comprise the villa, which is built on a
thousand square metre plot.
The
Penthouse Apartment is served by a small lift and has
been completely refurbished with all new furniture and
fittings throughout. The Apartment has three bedrooms
and three bathrooms, two of the bedrooms are a good
size and have ensuite facilities with French doors
opening on to the east balcony and a third smaller bedroom
has an adjacent bathroom. There is an open plan fully
equipped kitchen with an American style fridge freezer,
oven, hob and microwave and place settings for twelve.
The kitchen adjoins a 31 foot south facing lounge. The
lounge has four sets of French doors, opening to balconies
on three sides where there are tables and seating, loungers
and a barbeque.
The
Apartment has wonderful views across the Valley
of Cannes and also down to the sea and the beautiful
Lerins Islands. The Apartment is ideally situated
to ensure peace and tranquillity after the rigours
of the day where you can sit, relax with a drink
and enjoy the view of Cannes as the lights come
on at dusk. The Dining Table seats twelve so extra
guests can also enjoy the evening meal. The other
end of the lounge is furnished with a three seater
and also a pair of two-seater settees. There is
a home cinema system, DVD player and we also have
satellite television. There is a phone/fax and wireless
broadband.
A daily maid service is provided and it is possible
for us to also provide a chef and service for dinner
parties. Airport collection service available. Please
